Kelly’s Yoga Schedule

Come join me for some yoga!!! 

*Most of my classes are offered in a “slow flow” style. These are not considered gentle yoga, but I DO try to offer plenty of description and modifications to make the class feel both challenging and safe for all.  Bring your own mat and any props you may want to class.  We cover movements that are standing, seated on floor, lying down in supine & prone positions, and we also work with movements on hands/knees and hands/feet.  If you have questions about which class offerings may be best for you, feel free to call me to discuss.  All are welcome!

Monday Yoga Mini-Sessions at 1:30

  • Monday sessions 1:30-2:30 Recurring Mini-sessions
    • Run in packages of 5, $40 for the package, or at a drop-in rate of $10. Cash preferred.

STLCC Meramec Session Classes

Monday STLCC Meramec Spring session ended on 4/22.  Monday mini-sessions begin on 4/29 & will continue through the summer months until Fall semester begins in September.

Meramec will resume  in Fall 2024 for a 10 session semester.
